  • Klaserie Drift Love in Action levy of R 100.00 per person per night (Seeds of Light)

Child Policy

  • Children over the age of 6 years are welcome at Misava Safari Camp
  • Children between 6 and 16 years staying as a single occupant will be charged the adult single supplement rate
  • Children 17 years and older are regarded as adults and will be charged as such

TRIPLE OCCUPANCY

  • Only available for children, certain room types and subject to availability at time of booking.

Transfers

  • Road & air transfers are available upon request, additional charges will be applied
  • Road transfers are shared and charged according to number of guests
  • Reservations may advise a short waiting period depending on flight schedules / delays

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival - 50% Cancellation
  • Cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival - 75% Cancellation
  • Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% Cancellation
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount for the duration of the booking
  • A 10% admin fee will be charged on all refunds after initial deposit has been received

Booking policy

  • All bookings are held provisionally until a 50% deposit is received
  • Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the guests arrival
  • Reservations shall be subject to cancellation in the event prepayment is not received as contracted
  • All credit cards are accepted including American Express and Diners Club
  • Please note we are a cash free environment and only accept Credit card payments from guests once at the lodge
